1. Indicator Purchases

If you purchase any of our individual indicators or the Lifetime Indicator Bundle and decide the toolkit is not suitable for your trading workflow, simply email us at support@afolksdigital.com within 7 calendar days of your transaction. We will issue a 100% full refund with zero friction.

2. VIP Membership Subscriptions (Signals)

Because trading signals are delivered live with instant intellectual property access in our Discord and Telegram channels:

Monthly VIP passes can be cancelled anytime with 2 clicks via your Whop billing dashboard.
When cancelled, you retain full uninterrupted access until the end of your prepaid 30-day billing cycle.
No further charges will be incurred once cancelled.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund on an eligible indicator purchase:

Send an email to support@afolksdigital.com.
Provide your order email or Whop transaction ID.
Our support team will process your refund within 24 to 48 business hours. Funds will return directly to your original payment method.
