Afolks Digital Academy provides analytical education and software toolkits — not financial or investment advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing services from Afolks Digital Academy ("we", "us", or "our") at academy.afolksdigital.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software or access our community channels.

2. Software License & Indicators

All Pine Script indicators, MetaTrader utilities, templates, and analytical toolkits are proprietary to Afolks Digital. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to use the tools. You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or share access credentials with third parties.

3. Trading Signals & Educational Materials

Our Discord and Telegram trade broadcasts represent educational breakdowns based on institutional Smart Money Concepts (SMC). Signals are strictly for educational and illustrative purposes. You retain sole responsibility for any trade executions or risk management decisions made in your own personal accounts.

4. Subscription & Billing Terms

Subscriptions are processed securely via Whop and Stripe. Monthly memberships renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time with two clicks via your Whop dashboard or by contacting support@afolksdigital.com.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Afolks Digital Academy, its founders, or analysts be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from trading decisions, market volatility, software delays, or platform outages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international digital commerce regulations and applicable laws.
